What is Udemy Subtitle Reader?
- This utility extension for Chrome has the main function of reading subtitles for Udemy courses in a variety of languages.
How to use?

Why is it not working?
- Please follow the setup steps listed on the tutorial page.
- Ensure that you still have free requests remaining if you have not upgraded to Pro.
- Occasionally, network errors occur and Udemy fails to load subtitles, causing our application to not retrieve the target source.
So please try:
1. Check your network connection,
2. Reload the lecture page,
3. Wait for a while and retry.

Why is there a charge?
- Due to the Backend Service cost, including APIs' fees & Cloud Service fees, etc., we need to charge a
small monthly fee to cover the bill.
- This monthly price is relatively small compared to what it would cost if you use these services
yourself. And we've avoided many pitfalls for you.

How to use PRO on multiple devices?
To use this feature, you need to:
1. Log in to your account on our website
2. Go to License Keys and create a new License Key
3. Activate PRO on each device using the license key
How to cancel subscription?
- Once you subscribed, there will be a 'Manage' button on your account dashboard.
- You can cancel the subscription at the current period end.
